Pamela DeChellis is a true native actually born and raised in Vero Beach. Traveling the world has allowed her to appreciate the lifestyle, the beauty, and the tranquility of this lovely little city by the sea. She feels it is especially rewarding to work in this community and impact the lives of so many that she has known and crossed paths with for decades.

As a mother of two sons, she has always been active and interested in sports and fitness. It was a natural fit for her to tie her passion and love of movement to a career, and she began this journey as a certified personal trainer and exercise instructor. Always eager to add to her skill set, knowledge, and expertise, she has achieved certifications in the Lagree method, SPIN®, TRX Sports Medicine, GRAVITY Training System, Tabata, and Pilates mat instruction. In her capacity as a personal trainer, spin instructor, and Lagree method instructor at Endo50 Fitness, she enjoys motivating, engaging, and challenging her clients to progress and meet their goals.

In 2008 as her youngest son was entering college, Pamela returned to the classroom to study for her Associate of Science degree as a physical therapist assistant. She was fueled by her desire for information and skills to help and heal people challenged in returning to healthy, active lives. Pamela’s skill set as a PTA includes craniosacral therapy, Reiki healing, balance and fall prevention, the Lagree method, and Pilates mat instruction. As an avid golfer, she is also a Titleist Performance Institute Certified expert.

Pamela enjoys spending time as a mentor and coach to organizations that support and encourage young girls. She works with the LPGA*USGA introducing young girls to golf. Also, she is a certified running coach for the national organization Girls on the Run, which is established in local elementary schools and nationwide.

Supporting the community, she participates annually in the Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build program. As one of the 10 community members chosen in 2019 to participate in Healthy Start Coalition’s Dancing with Vero’s Stars, she was elated to be part of a team that raised a record-setting half a million dollars for moms and babies in Indian River County.

She has boundless energy and loves traveling and golf. Running and cycling leads her to local running events, half marathons all over the world, and duathlons as well as cycling rides locally and across the country.
