Victoria Schoman graduated from Stetson University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in health science and a minor in psychology. She then continued on to earn her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2013. Upon graduation, Victoria started a full-time position in a specialized outpatient upper extremity clinic in Melbourne, Florida.
In 2016, Victoria became a certified hand therapist (CHT) through the Hand Therapy Certification Commission. To become a CHT, a therapist must have a minimum of three years of clinical experience, including 4,000 hours or more of direct practice in hand therapy. In addition, the CHT has successfully passed a comprehensive test of advanced clinical skills and theory in upper quarter rehabilitation.
Victoria grew up on Long Island, New York. She has been a lifelong surfer, skier, and horseback rider and continues to pursue various outdoor activities here in Vero Beach.
