In addition, I was given great guidance both from the doctor and the physical therapy staff for exercise routines for my shoulder and stabilizing lumbar area. Last Wednesday, I saw Dr. Garcia after an incident which caused me to tear my r. rotator cuff again. I was in some discomfort. Dr. Garcia determined that I had, indeed, torn my rotator cuff, and explained thoroughly what I needed to do, in order to regain better functioning. I chose to wait two weeks before committing to physical therapy, and will see Dr. G. then and decide, based on how much discomfort remains and how much I can or cannot do with that arm. Dr. G. gave me a cortisone shot in the shoulder which reduced a lot of the pain.
As always, I was completely satisfied with this experience, and would always recommend Dr. Garcia to anyone who asked.”
