The ITG Diet Mission: The ITG Diet is committed to helping health-conscious people achieve their health and wellness goals with education, tools, and products for weight control and weight-related chronic diseases. We understand how difficult it is to lose the weight and to keep it off. Most of our dieters are individuals who want a proven and painless plan with guidance and access to the many tools our dieters enjoy. Whatever your situation, the ITG Diet is here to provide the level of support you desire!
Plan Overview: This is a low-carbohydrate, low-calorie ketogenic plan. You will be eating approximately 40 – 60 grams of carbohydrates per day and consuming approximately 1,000 – 1,200 calories per day. Your body will actually go into mild ketosis, which simply means the body is in a fat-burning mode.
The 3 Step Plan
The ITG Plan allows you to lose weight with minimal effort compared to most other diets that require purchasing various foods and ingredients and following complicated recipes. With the convenience of ITG proteins and many available recipes, you have the option of keeping it very simple or getting creative.
- Step 1 – Weight Loss: You will start out using a protein food supplement as the basis of three of your four meals each day; you will follow this until you have reached 100% of your weight loss goal.
- Step 2 – Transition: For weight loss stabilization, you will reintroduce moderate amounts of fruits, fats, and carbohydrates into your diet each week for four transitional weeks.
- Step 3 – Success for Life: You will continue to eat the way you’ve been taught. By this time, you will have learned to choose healthy foods and eat a balanced diet.
