New Patient Portal Going Live June 6, 2023!
We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Patient Portal on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
As this transition is underway, you will no longer have access to the current Patient Portal. While access is suspended, we encourage you to text us at (772) 569-2330 for scheduling or rescheduling appointments, refilling medications, billing questions and any other inquiries.
You will be receiving an email from Medfusion.net that contains a link to enroll in the new Patient Portal. Simply follow the onscreen prompts to activate your account, and you will have 24/7 access to the convenient online services.
