- “Old whiplash injury and did ballet too long which aggravated lumbar problems - neck and low back issues as well as chronic shoulder problem. I went to chiropractors for decades, had to go frequently. Since I've gotten manipulations with Dr. Garcia, my back is more stable and I have to see him less and less often. In addition, I was given great guidance both from the doctor and the physical therapy staff for exercise routines for my shoulder and stabilizing lumbar area. I had trouble sometimes walking fifteen minutes as I would develop painful tightness in the hips. I've been doing my one-mile walk again with no pain. Very grateful.
