- “As an 80-year-old, I had a lot of damage to my back over decades. I had been to six or seven surgeons over the years and tried every type of therapy and medication available and was at the point where I had pain 24/7. Dr. Popp ordered yet another set of MRIs and told me he thought he could improve my situation. He and his PA Alex recommended extensive robotic surgery, and we had several discussions because I had many questions. I awoke from surgery with no back pain. I spent a week at Encompass doing 3 to 4 hours of PT every day. I am a full three months post-op and pain-free. I am extremely grateful for their demeanor and skills.
